Exchange & Cancellation

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Therefore, we do not allow cancellation once order is placed.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can exchange your item within 7 days of receiving it, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be sent back to us unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • If your exchange is approved (after inspection), we will notify you via email and send you another item of your choice.
